DOUBLES HOOPING
Known as 'twins', this style of hooping explores the possibilities of using two hoops at once! We'll use two big body sized hoops and also smaller hand held mini hoops to explore the grips, timing, and spacing behind this exciting skill. Weaves, jumps, turns, stalls, lifts, separations and floorwork are all covered and easily broken down for quick understanding. Although knowing how to waist hoop is a bonus, no hooping experience is necessary. Even true beginners will take away a wealth of new skills. It's also a great shoulder, back and arm strengthener as well as a brain builder! Hoops provided or bring your own favourite set from home.
